I am passionate about travel, meetings and wines. It is with my wife that we created “La Belle Vigne” wine and dining cellar in Valflaunès, bringing together the majority of the winegrowers of Pic Saint Loup. When I arrived in the Béziers region, I discovered a magnificent terroir and winegrowers concerned with preserving their heritage, so it was quite natural that I wanted to take you to discover this territory and its winegrowers. I hope that we will share a pleasant moment together in good humor and simplicity.
